Fabrice Etienne, transport engineer graduated from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) is director of Citec Geneva. He has 17 years of experience in the Directorate-General for Transport of the Canton of Geneva, where he was an urban planning engineer, then head of department and interim director of public transport. He also worked for 8 years in a design studio. He specializes in planning, management of public transport and operating contracts Organizing bodies-operators of public transport. He joined Citec in 2014, where he worked as a studio director or expert.
