Philippe Gasser, a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic of Lausanne (EPFL), has a double background as a transport engineer (1987) and as an urban planner (1993). He has an experience of over 25 years in the research office and has had the opportunity to cover various sectors of mobility, especially in the design phases and in the upstream studies. He also carried out parallel technical consultancy activities as a technical consultant for 10 years at the administrative court of the canton of Vaud. He joined Citec in 2002 where he intervenes as a member of the managing board and an expert in territorial studies and mobility plans.
